FED: Howard says no action against heroin trial yet=2

Federal Attorney General DARYL WILLIAMS says the federal government has saked the
NSWgovernment to clarify the issue of Australia's legal obligations under the narcotics
treaty.

But he's told ABC radio he's not going to offer a personal view on that matter.
